Tarifa - Barbate - Cadiz
Surfers and kitesurfers discovered this coast years ago.
What began as a niche scene around Tarifa gradually grew into one of the most famous spots in Europe. The constant wind, the endless beaches, and the open landscape attract an international crowd.
West of Gibraltar, everything changes. The Mediterranean gives way to the Atlantic Ocean, and the landscape becomes rougher.

Tarifa feels lively, but never overwhelming. A place where life happens outdoors and where people often stay longer than planned.
Along the coast, space is becoming a rarity.
If you drive further toward Barbate, the landscape opens up. Long, undeveloped beaches, dunes, and cliffs overlooking the ocean. Large parts of this coastline are protected nature reserves.

Barbate remains authentic. A working coastal town where life revolves around the sea. You can taste that too, with fresh fish and tuna still prepared in the traditional way.
At the same time, something is changing. People are discovering the tranquility and open spaces of this area.
Cádiz
Light and character
Further along the coast lies Cádiz. Authentic, lively, and with a rhythm all its own. The Atlantic light and sunsets plunging straight into the sea give this place a unique atmosphere. Accessible, yet unspoiled. With airports like Jerez and Seville within reach, and Málaga as an international gateway, this region is closer than it seems.

discovered What’s happening here is a quiet movement. Surfers and kiters were the first to arrive, but a broader group is gradually following. We’re spending more and more time in this region and watching it open up step by step.
